Policy on Publication Charges

 As per the library minutes dated 04.09.14, the following guidelines have been adopted for publication charges :
1. The institute will not entertain any color figures charges for offline printing. 
2. The service/publication charges for papers published in Open Access journals will be paid by the library.
3. For multi-institutional publications, the institute will adopt the following policy for paying the publication charges :

Xerox Facilities at the Library

Vide minutes dated 26.6.14, for any xerox work, users need to follow the following three steps :
1. Fill in the xerox requisition slip and get it signed by the Librarian.
2. For personal xerox, fill in details of xerox work in the xerox register and pay at the rate of Rs.0.50 per page.
3. Collect your xerox work from the xerox counter within 12 working hours or less.
